I booked through zipzonetours.com, and overall the tour was decent. The guides seemed alert and gave us the basic safety info before we got started, so I didn’t feel unsafe or anything. That said, some of the gear looked a little worn, and the safety talk felt kind of "rushed" to me. It wasn’t a bad experience, but I do think they could be more careful about checking everything before sending people out.

I had to wait longer than I expected, which was a little annoying. It makes me think they’re probably usually a bit slow with timing, but overall it turned out okay.

The gear worked well enough overall, so it’s not even about that. The helmets just felt worn and could probably use a refresh. Nothing really caused a problem, but it didn’t feel as nice as I expected.

"Support took forever"
Support was painfully slow. I waited way too long for replies, and when they finally got back to me, the answers felt rushed and half-baked. They did respond eventually, so I’ll give them that, but the whole thing felt like dealing with a bunch of amateurs. Not the absolute worst experience, but I definitely expected better customer service.

The ziplines were alright, but the course felt shorter and older than I expected. The website made it sound like there was more to it, so I was a little confused when we finished quickly. A few of the platforms felt kind of shaky too, which didn’t help. For the price, it just didn’t feel totally worth it to me.

"Guide Totally Threw Off the Whole Tour"
The tour itself was fine, but the guide kind of ruined the vibe for me. He showed up late, rushed through parts like we were in some kind of emergency, and seemed visibly annoyed anytime someone asked a question. Like, sorry for wanting to learn on a tour? It wasn’t a complete disaster or anything, but for the price, I expected way more professionalism. I left feeling disappointed and probably wouldn’t book again.

"Decent tour, but the instructions could’ve been clearer"
The tour itself was fine, and I don’t really have any complaints about that. But the instructions before booking were a little unclear, to be honest. I had to read through them twice and still ended up contacting support over one small question, which was a bit annoying. They did help, so that was appreciated, but it would’ve been nicer if everything was clearer from the start.

The tour itself was okay. Nothing terrible, really. But the guide just seemed kind of annoyed the whole time. Not super friendly, not very welcoming. It made the whole experience feel a bit awkward.

I tried booking a tour, it was way more frustrating than it needed to be. The site kept sending me back to double-check things, the prices and times weren’t explained clearly, and the whole checkout process felt clunky. I ended up giving up halfway through because I was just annoyed at that point. Definitely not the best first impression.

"Frustrating if you need accessible access"
I had a hard time with accessibility during my visit, and the unclear communication made it even more annoying. Before going, I thought access would be manageable, but once I got there we ran into steps, uneven paths, and no clearly marked ramps. Parking wasn’t explained well either, and it wasn’t obvious where the accessible restrooms were. When I asked for help, the staff seemed unsure and didn’t give a clear answer.
It made the whole tour way more stressful than it needed to be, and it really didn’t feel like it had been planned with people with mobility needs in mind. I’d be careful booking unless they confirm the exact accessibility details ahead of time, because just saying it’s “accessible” was not enough in my experience

"I really thought zipzonetours.com was going to..."
I really thought zipzonetours.com was going to be a fun little adventure, but it ended up being boring for me. I kept waiting for something exciting to happen, and it just never did. By the end, I felt like I’d spent my time and energy for nothing. Maybe other people would enjoy it more, but for me it was a letdown, and I wouldn’t book it again.

"Felt overpriced and a little suspicious"
It just didn’t feel worth the price. What I got was basic for how much I paid, and I kept getting the feeling there might’ve been some extra costs or hidden fees baked in somewhere. Not terrible, but definitely not something I’d pay for again.
